I moved into a third floor apartment in Chesterfield two years ago and have been very happy with everything. The location, convenient to all major highways and supermarkets. Never had an issue with the neighbors, a quiet area. Only a couple of maintenance issues but they were resolved very quickly. The grounds are well maintained with a very clean pool. They also have community gatherings and activities for the Chesterfield tenants and their families.
